This is the best post office in Brooklyn. Fastest and shortest lines, nicest staff, cleanest space, ample mailing supplies and a self-service machine. I go out of my way from another neighborhood to drop packages here and I still save a huge amount of time.nnFor those that have negatively reviewed this location, I can only ask — have you BEEN to other Brooklyn post offices? This is as good as it gets around here.

I go out of my way just to ship things at this post office because the clerks are so nice and they have supplies to ship things which, unfortunately, isn't common at most post offices. the lines are long but I haven't had an issue with a package and again the customer service is great.

I arrived late afternoon on a Tuesday. There were a few lines inside well mapped out (self-service machine, package drop off, and window service). The manager was assisting with drop-off and they had 3 active windows. The inside was well-stocked with plenty of supplies and organized.nnThere was a line but it didn't take too long maybe 10-15 minutes? But come on its a post office it's busy there will be a line.nnWhen I reached the window, the agent apologized for the wait and was very patient with all of my questions. She was very helpful and even saved me some money. She expedited what I needed to get done.nnI had a very solid experience at this location

This area of Brooklyn is growing very quickly. So this post office needs big office space and definitely more manpower. This Postal Office is already understaffed. The current employees should be little more faster in providing service.

I came in 30 minutes to closing time and it was somewhat crowded as expected. However, the line moved at a good pace due to the efficiency of the retail window postal workers, especially when dealing with multiple customers who are undecided on how they want packages posted and don't have a general clue on how they can be posted. The young lady that assisted me with my parcel had a great attitude and was very helpful in pricing my items and informing me about my shipping options. Overall it was a rather pleasant time at the post office.
