I went on a Saturday about an hour before closing and there were many customers there but the line went by fast and the employees were very helpful and patient
Honestly this spot is terrible when it comes to customer service .
If you’re gonna complain when the service is bad, give props when it’s good. A breeze to get through today. Shout out to Nicole for being more than patient...great service.
Noone answers the phone. Mail delivery is wishy washy, some days they deliver to my block, some days .. they don't. Maybe they deliver depending on whether they feel like it or not? I wouldn't know, they never picked up my phone call. Horrible service.
If the option to zero stars was an option so anyway . My mail carrier is never the same because everytime their is a new one so I asked why the mail come later and their response was that my block East 102nd between J and K has the longest route also that no one wants it . This is day two of no regular mail delivery so what the hell is going on .
