If I could give 0 stars I would. They closed the right window and the left window just says out to lunch. No time noted when they’ll be back. 20+ people waiting in line for over an hour in the middle of the day. There are no workers to even talk to.

When the guy at the window at the left is working, be prepared to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes. Super rude, super terrible service, and zero accountability. He acts annoyed to even be there while the line literally wraps all the way across the building. Had the same experience with this guy over and over again. People in line were so flustered and stressed. Please do some thing about him! The girl that works there at the window on the right is always super sweet and amazing. I don’t want to have to go to another post office because the service is so bad. It’s all Inconvenient enough waiting in line with 15 other people just to get stamps. Absolutely ridiculous.

The post office workers here are working against ALL odds (a coronavirus pandemic, government incompetence/interference, a COIN shortage!!), yet they still are courteous, efficient as they can be, and treat every customer with grace. Thank you guys!! I've been to a UPS (the private package delivery company) location where they charge you a $1 for a strip of tape (you don't get to keep the roll); here, I saw a worker at the window take an open Priority Mail package and wrap it in tape for the older lady for free.nnSure, I waited 15 minutes in line to send a package. But I am more than happy to support a vital institution to the community — lots of people purchase money orders here, etc. This Restoration Plaza location needs your quarters by the way, if you have a lot and are looking for a place to unload. There's another USPS location 0.3 miles away on Atlantic Ave, but I prefer the waiting in line at this one because it's larger (allows for more space in between people) and nicely air conditioned.

Small location but some of the workers are really helpful but the lines be soo long cause they tend to only leave one window open
