Needs an entire upgrade... at a minimum more staff to accommodate the volume of customers / requests. The online scheduling for mail/package pick up is a hit or miss. (Online it says it schedules a successful pickup appointment (pick a date), with options to ring the bell or leave package in a specified area.) I've scheduled 3 times in the past and one time this week, and never has this been successful.

Really nice location, but can get quite crowded. There is not nearly enough staff for all the customers here. It's pretty modern, though, and a great place to mail your packages.

Good people work here, but your management and online service has be better. Much better!nIf you need more employees, let us know, we will hire more for you! I send 1000 packages per month, but your service can’t scan them I the same day and I need to wait one hour before some one scan it. This problem I see years, not only after COVID-19.nI think you need extra 4-5 years to fix this problem. Then we will work with other delivery companies. Thank you so mutch.

The worst post office I’ve ever encountered! It is a pandemic and the service is with our a doubt negligent! There is no sense of direction, preparation or aptitude to serve this community. I have waited 1-2 hours in the last couple visits because they are “short staffed “ and cannot assist their costumers timely or efficiently. There is typically 1-2 peoplenWorking behind the window and although they are doing their best, they are obviously frustrated with the mass of work they are expected to do. No one is controlling the maskless customers that come in or is the 6 feet apart rule being enforced. It is ridiculous and unprofessional. Not to mention that their self service station is often out of paper or not in order. There are no available boxes when needed, and absolutely terrible consideration for the prepaid packages that are stored in a pile behind a door that EVERYONE and ANYONE has access to —towards the back. I wouldn’t be surprised if items go missing and there is no accountability for them. I would highly suggest a better management team and the reinforcement of safety guidelines for their staff and customers.nnP.S. the current supervisor is immature and sassy. When asked if someone else can help ease the lengthy line of people wrapping around needing assistance..she said “this is like a bank, haven’t you ever been to one?” and scoffed in such a disgusting manner. She was also repeatedly removing her mask exposing her germs to the staff members present. It is a poor reflection of the USPS and the community in my humble opinion.

Waited almost 45 minutes just to mail one package. The clerks here are pleasant and helpful but management at USPS needs to up their game big time. And mail being delivered to residences and businesses in Bay Ridge as late as 7pm is disgraceful!
