I know they work hard and there’s a lot of stress and pressure because of people and their packages...but this is the ONLY location I’ve ever had such extreme issues with.nI scheduled a package for redelivery the next day from when they attempted to deliver it and it has yet come. I wrote in the note, “If no one is home, please leave in the lobby.” When we schedule for a redelivery, it’s SAFE to assume the day they come, they’re also bringing other people’s packages, right??? They ring everyone’s bell even if they’re not expecting a package. I live in a building and everyone in my building is familiar with each other and my dad is the super, so be it anything were to have happened, we could’ve looked at the cameras. They never brought my package and now I only have two days left until it gets returned. I don’t have my ID, so that’s why I scheduled for redelivery. I’ve been calling this location for days and no one has been answering at all. I opened a case and who knows when this will be resolved. This is literally the only location I’ve had these issues with and it’s extremely frustrating.

One of my worst experiences with a postal service ever was at this location, would give zero stars if possible. I recommend people to go anywhere else but here. Everything that other people have commented is true, the people working there know nothing about customer service or how to do their job properly. Very sad as I had good experience at other locations.

This is my closest Post Office, but I stopped going there because the service is so horrible. Patrons are not treated like paying customers but instead more like annoyances. Supply racks are a cluttered mess, the floors are covered with litter and the counter staff actually ignore customers waiting in the long, long lines while they chat with each other or just seem to go about their jobs in super slow-motion.

Might get attacked at this location ..shady, people hanging outside. Beware!

The delivery person does not come upstairs to the door. They put the missed package notice downstairs or in my mailbox. I would sometimes wait for the package at home, then go downstairs to find the “we missed you” notice.nnThis happen 1 out of the 10 times to the deliveries. I report this to their website a few times, but ineffective. So 1/10 times, I would have to go to the postal office to pick up my items.
