The are just the worst!!!nThis is my neighbourhood post office and I simply hate them because they work terribly.nnIf I need to stop by this office I am getting stressed because most of workers rude and mean.nnIf I have a parcel delivery- they never ring my door bell, just simply leaving notice that I need to come to post office and pick up my parcels.nnLazy, unprofessional workers! ... I would recommend just save a good mood and stay away from this place if you have chance.

Best Post Office in Brooklyn! Thank you guys for your work! At your post office, you always scan and dispatch parcels on time. You never store other people's parcels for weeks in your mail, like the post office on Coney Island 1888. Real professionals, cultured and polite. If all usps worked like you, they would never have a problem! Thank you!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SEND A PACKAGE WHICH DOES NOT ARRIVED AT TIME. WHEN I CAME TO RAISE AN ISSUE A WORKER THERE WAS NOT ABLE EVEN TO LOCATE MY PACKAGE. UNRELIABLE UNPROFESSIONAL. PEOPLE USE SOME OTHER COURIERS IF YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED. I PAID FOR NOTHING. NEVER USE USPS AGAIN IF I NEED TO SEND A GIFT

I’m about to rate this location only, not the whole usps. I never had bad experience dealing at this location. They aren’t fast but they help you out as much as possible.nOnce again this is my personal opinion on this location.
