Made a passport appointment here online - showed up - they don’t have a passport officer to handle passports. The desk agent told me its been over year that the website has been incorrect & has not been updated. So don’t make a passport appointment there.

I went to pick up a package during the COVID pandemic, and was impressed by how well the post office staff handled themselves. Despite being understaffed to to illnesses, they were efficient, kind and transparent in how they handled the issues brought to them by everyone in the line that day. They even stayed 40 minutes late to attend to everyone who had arrived on line before closing time.

If only I could give it less than 1 star.nStaff of only 1.nEnormous lines.nNo organization.

Only one window open with people lined down the block during Covid. Packages piling up in windows unattrnded. Meanwhile I can hear about 4 people chatting away in a room out of sight.

Worst USPS location... Every package they are supposed to deliver to me ends up missing or lost. They will say it's delivered so you can't track it with the tracking number. If you go into the office to speak to someone, they're rude and offer almost no help. They also constantly throw my mail on the ground at the basement door of the building instead of the mail slot even though there's a sign asking them not to do that. I would give them zero stars if I could.
