Employees are the most rude I’ve ever encountered in my life!
3hrs in line to send a package. It's been 3 weeks since I've left it and hasn't even left the place. Their is only 2 overworked girls in the front who have to deal with really old people. And some people cant speak English but theirs no one to help so they hold up the line theirs no translators like how almost all buisness have. So they give up and leave frustrated. It takes so long everyone just ends up screaming at them. But they be caching an attude
Extremely slow. Staff disappears halfway processing order. Hey but u can’t do nothing about it.
I'm glad that I can finally post a positive rating for USPS location. I went there to drop off a prepaid package on Saturday morning. I waited 15 minutes in line, because only one window was open. Diamond was very polite, professional and helpful. She actually scanned my package. I also bought some international stamps. Keep it up!
While not perfect. I have generally found that the people working here to be friendly and helpful.
