unpleasant attitude of the boy.nTuesday, December 8.nI made a shipment but lost my receipt with the tracking number.nThe next day I returned and asked for a copy. This person with a bad attitude told me that it is not possible that he cannot give me anything that was my problem.nthat he has been working at the usps for 3 years and that no one asks for help to retrieve a copy of the tracking number.nwhat the hell happens to these people? why are they arrogant?
disgusting service. the employees of this post office hate their job. they always look at clients with contempt. and have absolutely no knowledge of the skills of their position. lazy workers
I gave this a two because every time I get to the postal worker at the window they are always very polite and courteous. That says a lot when compared to so many short tempered postal workers I’ve met. Unfortunately the physical space looks like a scene from a post apocalyptic wasteland.nThey tend to have no more than two people working the windows at a time and lines can get aggregating when you have to wait outside due to covid.nPlease if you work for USPS can you at least come to this location and give it a once over with a broom. Maybe a coat of paint on the walls.
They steal packages.nOnly one woman is always served. long line are created. When I no longer have the patience to wait, I drop the parcel and thus have no evidence that I have dropped the parcel. Thus, my many packages disappear there. They probably just disappear to someone's home. It is impossible to prove, in addition, the manager she just doesn't worry about anything and doesn't hesitate to show it. She shows this with her indifference, strength and hatred in her eyes.nIt's sad.nnP.S.nSomeone there writes that some man at the checkout works and give him 5 stars, and in general, these five-point positive feedbacks seem to be writing themselves.
If here was a zero rate i would love rate their work 0 no more than that. Whole lane outside they they have been closed from 1pm at 2:20 pm they open and put sign that they are closed for lunch from 2:25 to 3:55?? Is it possible to work like that ? They closing for whole 3 hours for lunch and no service for costumers ? I want you to fix their schedule they even don’t talk no answer if you ask the employees they were so rude with costumers
