FIRE THE WHOLE STAFF, THEY ARE ALL NASTY AND RUDE...

Worst post office you'll ever know. Manage to follow simple guidelines and dont know how to inform their customers on how they operate. Prepare to be confused as you wait on a line that no staff is managing. Many of their postal workers can't deliver packages even at time when people are home. Simple put, the most lazy workers you will come to know.

There is always more than one worker yet there is only one window for drop off and pick up ???? There are 5 windows though??? And they take they're sweet time on top of it all.

They need a full investigation.The people that work there have zero customer service skills. They do as they please. Asking for a manager or supervisor is out of the question they need to be shut down

I went to the post office to drop off a package. The line to drop off was very short so my transaction was completed in not time, however the line to pick up was over 40 people, some of them not wearing a mask. When I asked the same person that I dropped the package that I wanted to check if a package that was intended to be delivered yesterday was there,she told me I have to wait on the other line. So let's talk about customer service. If you are taking care of a client you do it from start to finish specially if your line is short. When I request to speak with the manager not because the representative did something wrong because I know she is doing was she was told to do, she told me the manager was busy, she said to me he was working on making sure the post officer go out to deliver and that was important. This was said by a 3rd person that was just chatting with the other 2 representatives that were working.Let's talk about customer service again, there is no manager to busy to take care of a customer concern because that is the only way to improve service. Now I end up making another line to get the package and I heard from people in the line that they were standing since 9.30am and it's now 11.21am, I am writing this from a line that doesn't look like a line. It's now 11.45am and I still here. The manager came out from the back telling customer why they are not in a line, is it thi a good customer service? Well the answer is that one of your representatives ask the client in the line to bring over the paper for pick up and she didn't do it in a organize way so yes all the people loose track of were they were standing. I forgot to mention that when I asked the representative to speak to a manager there were a 3rd representative just chatting with the other 2 that were working, I asked her if she could help she said that is not for me to do, so then. Why are you chatting with the other to representatives that are working.? What customer sees from the outside is important that manager priorities is the customer because by listening to the customer concerns you will improve your customer satisfaction. It's now 11.55am and I still here typing from the line. Awful experience at this post office. I wish I could give a 0.
