Thank you to the three women who assisted me! After I was having a challenging day, I made it to the post office JUST as they were closing. Thank God the workers let me in because I had some items that HAD to be sent as soon as possible. The workers were very helpful, patient, and comical at a time where it was a little on edge about making the shipping deadline. Once again, thank you!

Worst branch I’ve ever visited in New York :)

Sure there is a long line on Saturdays, but that is due to a need for more then two employees. In my experience visiting this post office, those two employees were extremely helpful, great at their jobs, and diligent to get people in and out as quickly as possible despite the clear need for more coworkers to support them. Arrive early and ready to wait in line.

They decided to stop doing a drop off window... so you have to wait in a long slow line just to drop off a Prepaid package that you never used to have to wait in line for. I spent 25 minutes in line for a 5 second interaction. Completely defeats the purpose of having a label maker and prepaying for postage.
