Most times it’s just one cashier. The lines are usually long...The short cashier lady I see most of the time when I go there is very pleasant. I agree it’s a small post office not intended for heavy traffic mails, but I think they could do a better job than just having one cashier. Also the floor is disgusting

There's a female employee at this location by the name Mimi... TERRIBLE ATTITUDE and customer service. A young man and two elderly individuals were asking her simple questions and she would not even look at them. Something needs to be done with these employees. They need to be fired OR be trained MUCH BETTER.

This post office is a disgrace. I received a notification from USPS that both Amazon packages to be delivered to my mother are being returned to sender. She’s home all day. They never attempted to deliver them, just kept it at the post office. Are we supposed to guess that it’s there? Tracking data said that it’s lost, now all of a sudden it’s found and being returned. They really need to get it together.

Absolute waste of time. They do not come to scheduled pickups, they don't answer the phone, and there is no point in complaining to the main office. The USPS needs to be shutdown, all their employees fired and their operations turned over to UPS or FedEx.

Went for our passports. The workers there were fast,proficient and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend for passport services.
