Terrible service all around. Our mailman is the worst. Marks packages as delivered even before getting to my door THANK GOD I receive text updates & caught him in the hallway pretending to fumble my package that he had marked delivered yet he was down the hall with my package half ripped open. Then last week again a package was marked delivered that I mysteriously never received but it’s not his problem because he claims he left it knowing no one is in the office on Fridays. That is the second time a package was marked delivered but conveniently went missing the day he knows no one is in. USPS is NO HELP in filing claims either.

Horrible service! The staff is inpatient and rude. She appeared to hate her job, and showed that clearly to her customers. Would give 0 star if there is a such choice.

I have two packages that said they were delivered and that I never received. I called and said they were missing and a man named James hung up on me. Not acceptable!

I love this little post office. Convenient, sure - but long time employees who know their jobs

During my life, I have learned that government offices are usually slow, and I stopped expecting anything from places like them. So I wasn’t surprised to find that this post office follow the rules. My uncle needed to get the passport, and already booked a flight, and the thing I was worried about the most happened, they did not deliver on time.nThey could at least let us feel that they something and that they really care. Nothing.
