I've had the best experiences with the Carmel Post Office. Especially during the craziness with COVID and there being delays in shipments across the board. Mike is especially helpful. I was dealing with a delay in an important package and Mike went above and beyond to help track it down and was really on top of it. So helpful and nice.
I have been so impressed with how this post office has been dealing with the Covid crisis. They have doubled the deliveries of packages to my Sedgewood neighborhood to deal with the increased number of people and packages, their lobby is clean & safe with clearly marked distancing signs and the lobby staff have maintained their cool during an extremely stressful time. Kudos!
