This is the WORST post office in Rochester the clerk named William(will) is extremely rude & disrespectful!The gentleman with the disgusting ponytail & glasses. Anytime you have an employee who is bold enough to throw a license at a customer & nothing is done it's time to stop visiting that location. Customer service doesn't exist here,it never has !
Not receiving BULK mail. Missing cook books, flyers, any BULK MAIL. Mail comes at 5:30 or 6pm. Unexceptable.
Great post office! The staff are always professional, friendly, and helpful. They usually seem to find a way to help me ship something cheaper than the way I planned.
I have never had a problem at Beechwood Branch. Everyone is friendly and courteous and are more than willing to help!
The service has always been great for me. The lines are typically shorter than other locations in the area so I get in and out much quicker.
