Had to renew my passport and get my picture taken. Bob was very polite and super helpful. Was in and out of there within 15 minutes. The whole experience was unexpectedly very pleasant.
Have been using this post office for many years. Good people work at this post office, cordial, friendly, helpful. It always help to be courteous to get treated courteously and also helps to slowly get to know the people who work there. Give it a try, patience, and smile.
A Postman lost my important mail. If there were negative rating. I would give them negative 5 star.
I just spoke with someone at the post office concerning a package I'll need to sign for. They picked up promptly and were very helpful, asking about the tracking #, confirming I'll need to sign for it, telling me they start scanning packages at 4:30 AM and I should get a tracking update, and it should be delivered tomorrow. Thanks for your help TPO!
I think people need to realize every post office is like this. People here are super friendly they just have to follow the policy like everyone else! Seriously though how can someone really rate a post office haha
