I just got off the phone with a very condescending disrespectful Manager at the post office. This women, does not represent the post office well and doesn’t seem empathetic to families in that area.
They are great. They hold my package way after the 3 weeks return date.
I tried to get a passport here on a Saturday morning.nnAs you might expect, if you do business with the US Post Office or any other monopoly, customer service isn't a priority. Twenty minutes after opening time, they still hadn't opened the passport service window. There was a big crowd of people just milling around.nnNot sure why I even write a review. Like it or not, if you want a passport and don't want to pay extra fees or drive to Boston, you're stuck. I hear Andover and Tewksbury make Saturday appointments, though.nnThere is very little parking available. You will probably have to park on the street.
People there put me on hold and never get back to me bad service.
Nothing out of the ordinary, just your average post office
