terrible place they have no idea how to deliver a package on time. They will lie and say they have been to your place and they never show up. Very lazy
I have been a box holder for more than 15 years and I sung the high praises of its staff for years. There were many different Postmasters all of whom where smart efficient and kind people. This changed in the last six months. They are mean an literally refuse to give you your packages. Do not waste money on a box here.
Horrible service from the delivery person. Nothing but problems since we moved here. She refuses to deliver mail in a timely fashion, packages are routinely not left or left unprotected in the elements, instructions are not followed. This past Wednesday I stopped at the office and spoke with a worker and requested a call when my package showed up at the facility so that I could come get it because I knew the delivery lady wouldn't leave the package. No call received. Package has been exceptioned. Now I need to either take time off work to go pick it up or I have to wait a whole week and hope that it's actually at the post office and not sitting in her Jeep. Worst post office I've ever dealt with.
