Fast and covid safe
Package was out for delivery yesterday.... Never showed up. Tracking updated around 5 that I contacted them and ask then to hold it at the post office. I never did. Tried calling this morning and the menus make it nearly impossible to get a hold of a real human. Finally I just said operator, and was told it would be 14-20 minute wait... Been on hold over 40 minutes now and still not able to find out what is going on...nnUpdate:n1 hour : 13 minutes I had to hang up because at this point this is insane. Horrible service...
Always helpful and polite whenever I go in there.
Ridiculous wait times.... recording said 25-38 minutes, hung up after 1 hour 20 minutes
