Great service! Although, they really are bad with deliveries and tracking down their missed and or having items shipped on time. Not sure why.

I recently became a personal trainer, and the institution mailed me my certificate, you could compare it to being mailed your college degree. The mailwoman folded it in half and crammed it into my mailbox, ruining my certificate. The certificate was mailed in between two pieces of cardboard. Making it known that it shouldn’t be folded in half. After I retrieved my mail and saw this, I made my way to the post office. When I got to the post office I was treated with disrespect and was not helped in any capacity. The U.S postal service is a joke. Sincerely disappointed with the worthless mail carriers.

We have a package coming that we have to sign for. They left a notice that they were here and nobody answered. We were here all day and my dogs go ballistic when anyone comes to the door so I don't think they were here. We went online to have it redelivered. The redelivery date came and went and it is still not here. There's no way to get anyone on the phone. The 1-800 number is nothing but endless menu options. At the local number I just get a busy signal and I've been trying for two days. This is why the post office is failing, because there is no competence, no standards, and no customer service.

Have two packages stuck at this location for some reason been last scan 12th of February this location is obviously not doing it's job. PS I'm from Florida and my package should only have been passing through the facility

I'm a full time online seller on eBay/Amazon. I currently have over 15 packages stuck at this facility. Very annoying considering I have to refund all of my buyers.
