Everyone that works here is absolutely so rude. I am so sweet and nice every time to all of them. I understand how post offices work and every time they talk to me like I’ve never used or been in one. The worst part is, I will be right about a package every time and they’re the ones that messed up. They don’t apologize or have any remorse. They’re even more mad that they were wrong. It’s a pretty standard job. Yes, there are annoying people but that is also part of the job. If you get a customer that is nice, don’t be rude. If you don’t like your job, quit. Don’t make our lives difficult because you’re miserable.
Literally the worst post office in existance. Barely following covid protocol, and continuously inept at providing services. Shut this place down they are wasting tax dollars and peoples valuable time. Utterly useless
Possibly the worst customer service I have recently went through.nThis post office is one of the most frustrating offices out there.nI know what to expect from a government run services, but this is nuts.nOn the other hand the office in Vh (Vineyard Haven) is much more customer friendly, and a much more enjoyable parcel experience.nAll in all I have to give the Oak Bluffs Post Office a 1 out of 5 stars due to the fact I have not had one, not one pleasent mailing expierence and the line is normally a 15min wait...
Why that man at window service at OB post Office is always rude and arrogance.
So I’ve picked up mail for my employer 2 times this summer. I go in today early to the post office and I get denied the mail... any reason for that? I’m trying to be proactive for a small business in a slow time on the island...
