I agree with the fellow who wishes he could give this PO branch zero stars.nnYes they to do a few routine things even better than the average 4 year old would. As for an intelligent 4 yr old, I couldn't say.nnThey often close early. They do not let people in line outside come in (forced to stay outside cuz of the limit of 3 in line inside) and customers can wait a long time out in the rain only to be denied entry until the next day if still outside when closing time arrives. They do not pick up the phone when you call, sometimes for hours. They used to keep a clock that was always about 5 mins fast so they could close early by pointing to the little clock. When told it was fast on several occasions at great intervals, the fellow would shrug and say that was their time they went by if their own fast clock got to closing time. I've pointed to the clock across the street and my watch and my cell phone to no avail. Their clock was the universe's true time, but they still disobeyed it, too, when they felt like it.nnI'm amazed they made a score of over 2.5 stars.
Clerk 05- older white man with gray facial hair was very rude. I saw him positively interact with the 2 white customers who were in line in front of me, I am a black woman and was the only black person in the store. He yelled and talked over me when I asked him a question about addressing my package. The whole store could hear him. I have reported him using the usps satisfaction survey.

Good staff , sometimes you need to wait but It is not for a long time.
Went to pick up an item, the lady I talked to was very nice and joyful. It was a pleasant experience. The driver who was supposed to drop it off is a different issue and not reflective of the nice service I had here.
