While the majority of the employees are lovely, the one time I send a necklace to a friend and it’s stolen with the envelope resealed by whoever took it. Don’t know what they want to do with it either, because it’s a $15 necklace. So, I hope they have fun with the whole $2 they’re going to get back for illegally selling it.That’s the second time in one week a mail service provider has stolen her stuff. Happens when we try to send money in birthday cards too. Not cool.
I mailed a package here recently. When the the woman at the counter tee printed the barcode she slapped it on the package in a haphazard manner, crinkling it. I asked her if she should print another one since that one seemed damaged. She curtly replied it was fine even though it clearly wasn’t . Now a week later my package is lost with its last know whereabouts at the Seekonk post office. I went there in person was rudely dismissed by a woman at a secret “blue door” . Now my package is lost and I can’t do anything about it. I’m done with this place and it’s substandard employees
