This postal office lacks customer service so much it’s very questionable as to how some of these people got a job for usps. I always have packages sent there and the shorter older woman is always giving me a hard time. Every time it never fails. I feel as if you have anything bothering u outside of work or you’re just having a bad day don’t put that negativity on others it’s so annoying. She’s very rude and if they don’t pay attention to reviews I will definitely be calling their corporate office by far the worse postal service worker(s) Ive ever come across so disappointed.
By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’m not sure a group of people could care less about customers than this group. Never answer the phone. I have called multiple times. I’ve been at the Yorkville office and they tried and never got an answer. If I could give no stars I would.
Wish I could choose 0 Stars. They're disrespectful, rude, and have some interesting choice of words. I am now driving 30 minutes to the Naperville Post Office. It's frustrating because with these reviews the post office won't do anything, and won't change anything. I just wish they had better employees working the desk.
This location states that they are open til 3pm and so I managed to arrive a few minutes before. I was physically in the building at 2:57 and their doors were already locked. All I needed was to pick up a package and the lady from behind the counter screams “we’re closed” She was fully capable to have helped me simply retrieve a package that they failed to deliver. I have a lot of respect for the USPS but those ladies denied me their service in the last few moments of their business hours because it inconvenienced them. I hope they can be reminded of proper customer service.
Whoever drives the mail car 1269003 should be fired. Someone needs to reach out to me! He did not look when pulling out and almost hit me! There was a car parked in front of him and then he blamed me! He started screaming at me through his car! I have a four-month-old in the car! I need someone to message now!
