I've always had a pleasant experience in the office when I go in there for service and the carriers are outstanding and pleasant they even bring the packages right to the door to be sure that nothing is left on the street side. I give them 5 stars and two thumbs upud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
I mailed an overnight envelope purchased from here Saturday to be delivered in Indianapolis by Monday. It did not arrive till Wednesday. As an over the road truck driver this was an envelope regarding my payroll which now is delayed. A refund from overnight cost is definitely not substantial to the amount of problems this has caused.
I have always had respectful and usually friendly interactions within the Momence Post Office. When we have had a delivery/driver issue it was quickly rectified.
Slow service and employees are unable to locate packages.
The majority of the workers there have no idea how to do their job and on top of it, they are lazy. Not all of them, but most of them. A lady there didn't feel like grabbing my package for me when I went to pick it up and said I'd have to wait till tomorrow for when they actually deliver it to my house. Lazy!
