I’m really not sure how these people dress themselves in the morning...this is by far the worst, most unhelpful post office I have ever dealt with. We get 1 out of every 3 packages MAYBE when they are the carrier for online orders. They tell amazon they delivered it but they don’t even bother most of the time ( both my gf and I work from home so we would know if they rang/knocked). I also don’t understand why they can’t just leave a package at the door ever.. probably more proof they didn’t even try to deliver. Then trying to follow up on the package is a joke.. there is no direct way to contact a live person at this location, but when you walk in to deal with it they have the worst attitude and act completely helpless. We’ve had to reorder things so many times that I’m sure Amazon thinks we are stealing. I really hope something gets done about this one day, but for now, avoid them as your carrier at all costs.
In my nearly 20 years of living in Roselle, I've only had great experiences here. Everyone is always nice and helpful.
11/2020 Got what we needed and got out fairly quickly.
Have always been treated well and had good service.
I get notified the package is in my mailbox, go out there and nothing. And no one will answer the phone at the post office even though they are onsite. So by the time they get the case on Monday no one will remember where they delivered it to.
