The service clerks are ok, but It's 2021 and I still couldnt pay for my shipment with Apple Pay and had to go back home for a physical credit card. That's unacceptable
I don't understand when they know its gonna be busy why only 2 people behind the counter when there 19 customers in line. Why when they go to the back to get a package they are gone to 10 mins. These employees show no urgency to do their job efficiently or with any speed whatsoever. There is no accountability for them to step it up and do their job properly. A waste of tax payer dollars.
Today was my first time going to this post office and I wish I didn't have to. Absolute worse experience. The gentleman at the desk was so rude and short with me. He waved me off to get the next customer in. You can tell from the filth that laziness and lack of customer service skills are the basic requirement to be employed there.
What to expect from government union employees but laziness and rudeness.nThey are the sole reason why USPS should be privatized.
I have Informed delivery services. On August 17th it showed I was getting mail from Phoenix Arizona. My Sister there told me she sent me a birthday card. Today is the 20th. Still no call d delivered here yet.
