Went to this facility today. It was empty. 1 worker~ watching the inauguration. I thought she was asleep. I finally said something and the attendant looked up and acted as though my request was a huge inconvenience. Rude. Horrible customer service. Barely a 1 star.
Terrible, only one window open and they still have not checked in my SodaStream package 3 days later. I wish USPS would close this location and not think twice about it!
The Worse place to go
I love this office! The agents are informed, patient, and helpful. I have been using this location for over 10 years. I have sent materials in boxes, overnight, regular first class, purchased stamps ...no problems.
They are understaffed. Can be long lines. One employee Isabell is pretty grumpy and is either unwilling to help or needs training. If you are a drop off customer it is convenient and glad it is here. If you need help go else where.
