Very friendly staff and they are very accommodating.
This is far and away the worst post office I have ever been to. They don’t accommodate you with anything. I’m surprised these crooks even provide change. I’ve been turned away three times for going in here for simple requests. I go into other post office and they accommodate these requests and this place the lady I have always dealt with is extremely lazy and rude.
It would be nice if there was a functioning PHONE NUMBER for the place! It was 5 o'clock when I started searching online and trying to go through phone books and they close at 5:30. It took me a half an hour and all I got was a number that did not work to the Northfield post office or an 800 number where you have to go through 15 minutes of a menu. I never did get a number before 5:30 so I was unable to contact the post office at all when I needed to.
Wow...this postal office is by far the Most IMPRESSIVE usps office:nnI was there two days in a row simply trying to drop off a box. they close at 5:30 pm:nnFirst day I was there at 5:32, late for 2 mins, their door was just closed but I could see clerks in there, I was hoping someone could see me and open the door, they indeed saw me but nobody gave a xxxx, fine I was late I admit it;nSecond day I was there sharp at 5:29 pm (I got off work at 5 and already trying to be early), their office was open and they were still serving a lady, the I was trying to get in the line after the lady but was told in a cold tone that they are not taking any packages. I then asked them nicely that i didn’t arrive late actually, I was here yesterday just trying to drop off, pls pls..... the staff just responded with repeating they r not taking anything...nnThere is a reason UPS or Fedex take away almost all the customers.nnThanks Usps!
