If I could give them a -10 I would!!! I’ve never in my life had problems with my mail!! Here I constantly have problems!! I have gone two weeks without mail!!! I’ve lost many important legal documents! Many packages lost and late!!nPlease fire everyone and get new employees who are not lazy and want to work!!!
Wonderful Post office with great workers. I have never had any issues with this post office and send out multiple packages every day. I enjoy conversations with the workers and am treated with respect.
Why is this post office so bad and why is it so difficult to file a complaint? Literally every single package shipped to me is either late, never delivered, or I have to pick up! Why should I pick it up! I paid for someone to deliver it. I should get money back from usps for their incompetence. I had a package expected yesterday. Got a “delayed” message. Then allegedly the “delivery attempt” couldn’t be made...well you have to TRY to call it an attempt. This place is horrible!!!!!!! I am amazed usps is still around to be honest.
Have not got mail in 3 days call them and they was mad ud83dude20 because I reported them
I would give the 111th st Post Office in Mt. Greenwood a zero if it was an option. Lazy, attitudes, not helpful, etc. Better off going to the Post Office on Harlem in Worth.
