They say the attempted to deliver a package at a time i was on my porch and they never left a notice
There should be an option to rate 0 stars for this post office because that is definitely what they deserve. I was the very first person to arrive to the post office this morning at 8:30 and I was there until 10:15 with no resolution to my problem. They were trying to locate my packages and they were unsuccessful at their attempts not to mention they couldn't or wouldn't tell me if my packages were on a truck to be delivered. They are rude and incompetent and I truly believe they don't care if they help you. I can't say enough bad things about them.
The Riverdale Post office is the worst. First, the deliverer lied about putting a package in my mail box. Then when I went to the local office to find out what happened both of the customer service employees were extremely rude. In fact, they were arguing with two other customers. They told all three of us there was no manager at the location. Customer loyalty is a must, and it takes two. Hopefully, God can touch their harden hearts, and change them for the better!
Very lazy. I was suppose to receive my package yesterday and I'm still waiting on it today. I won't change my review until it's delivered. Not only that, there's been a couple of packages that was suppose to come but was never delivered! This is just sad truly that you can't do your jobs correctly. These reviews says a lot.
I normally don't do reviews but this is by FAR the worst post office in all of the United States. THEY ARE NOT DELIVERING MAIL!!! I'll report them to the inspector general at this point. They're not even checking the boxes to send mail out! I regret trying to handle any business and going to the post office to do it. Whoever this manager is needs to be fired no mail in 2 weeks, and I see it on informed delivery! They are literally showing up to do nothing.
