I tried calling their phone line to ask 1 question. I waited for 2 call backs which lasted almost an hour of me waiting. The women who was attempting to help me was incompetent. If you have a question just drive to the actual post office and ask; don’t waste your time trying to call to get questions answered.
Picked up a ton of packages from here, always super easy and nice and friendly staff.
Had a package that I said was fragile... I then watched the lady at the counter throw them in a bin from a distance...
These people are not capable of doing their DUTY ,Ever !!!
They have horrible customer service. I used their service for scheduled pickup and stated to ring the doorbell and they didn’t. I received an email saying “the carrier attempted, but there was a discrepancy.” They didn’t ring the doorbell, and now I can’t find someone to talk to. I’m still on hold using the 1-800 number. I wish there was a direct line.
