As perusal google map search fails to explain directions properly. Never rely upon it for accurate descriptions or directions. And when it's pointed out to google they ignore the issue. And they wonder why people don't want they're applications pre installed on devices

This rating is for USPS in general. Worse customer service ever , like any other government services. 1 hour wait in order to speak with someone on the phone. The encourage you to not wait. Not good service at all. #rd time my packages have gone missing when the tracking number said it was deliver but it wasn't. Had to wait forever to speak with someone on the phone in order to find my packages.
41 minutes to 1.5 hours to wait to ask a question is pathetic
