I went to pick up my package that was to be delivery the next day and was told by MIKE I couldn’t because it had to be sorted. I have Been to others post office where they let me pick up my package if it was there. So what’s the problem? He could have easily reached behind him and handed me my item. Plus the attitude he had and tried to walk off when I was walking up. Luckily I was in a good mood..
Worked for po in h town for 21 lived here in Semmes for a year still having neighbor bring some of my mail. Unsatisfactory
The person delivering mail down Lott Rd has no clue what they're doing. There have been several occasions where i havent received important mail (concert tickets, physical items etc) because the mail person puts my mail in another persons box. Either that or putting other people's mail in mine.
Had a package get lost in transit (MEMPHIS DISTRIBUTION CENTER) but Matt went out the way to help me fill out a search for missing package form and had my package within a couple of days.! Thanks man!!
