My mail and packages sometimes get delivered to the wrong address. I also get others’ mail and packages. To me, this is an invasion of privacy. For a long time, my mailbox door was being left open so a lot of times it would be drenched in rain to the point of not being able to read it. Packages too big for the box would be shoved in so tightly I would almost pull the mailbox out of the ground trying to get them out. They eventually broke the door off because of this so I had to buy a new mailbox. I informed the postmaster of this multiple times but nothing ever changed. Just today, I received notice that a package had been delivered into my mailbox but it was not.

Our packages are being delivered to wrong address! Three times this year packages are delivered to an address beginning with 1401. IT WOULD IF YOU.READ THE ENTIRE ADDRESS !!! Complaints to postmaster haven’t helped and HOW ABOUT ANSWERING THE PHONE! Do not trust your packages to reach you If they go through this post office. But, somehow they manage to deliver utility, water and medical bills.nn1401 Co Rd 103 and 1401 Co Rd 413 ARE NOT THE SAME ADDRESS!nnFeeling disgusted...

Terrible service! My packages are not delivered to my address. When I finally get them they have been opened. Can not depend on this post office. They refuse to answer phone.

This post office sux.the postman is cross-eyed and dyslexic. he couldn't find the right mailbox with both hands and a set of instructions.

They either refuse to answer phone or take off the hook. It is impossible to talk to these people unless you drive up to the post office. Terrible customer service.
