That place had some rude people working there before Tera came (not all of them were rude but whoever was behind the counter on several occasions seemed really inconvenienced if they had to help). Since Tera has been there, the services have been great! Shes super helpful if you have any questions, and doesn't act like its an inconvenience for her to help.
I called because I ordered items that got sent to that Post Office instead of mine. I called and the woman sounded put out to even LOOK. Then rudely said she sent all packages back the same day! There goes my Christmas gifts!
Lady that works there closes early and has stopped me from getting packages several times. She's also rude.
