Passport still hasnt came in btw
Well, the people here are usually grumpy. One time it was 5:02 PM and I was just finishing on putting the label on my envelope and the lady legit rushed to take the card reader away and close the window on my nose!. On the other hand, there is a caucasian young man with a beard who is really nice so leaving 5 stars only because of him lol.
The floor creaks, the roof leaks...There's a terrible draft!The winters are harsh, the summers are brutal. There's a wild man eating clams in the back office.
We used the passport services, and Charlene assisted us. She was phenomenal! So lovely, patient and courteous! Made the process painless - tough to do with an active 3 year old demanding attention!
Some of the most incompetent rude people I've ever had to deal with . Just awful & miserable people getting paid good money to treat the public like trash.pretty much government work.
