I have been going to this post office for 1 year to get a money order to be mailed. Every time they have had problems with the money order transaction but would eventually get the large money order..... Today, they processed the same large money order. They took my card transaction which was a large amount. Once again the machine didn’t work correctly. They canceled the transaction but on my end they took a large amount of cash out of my account. For the moment l’m screwed!!! I don’t understand why for 1 year why they have not fixed the on going problem. Now because of not fixing their problem with their equipment I’m having to spend a number of hours involved with this problem!!! I’m disappointed on the lack of leadership at this facility and poor customer service!!! ....... Now after 8 days I still was not paid the $501.25 they owe me on their cancelled transaction. I have not heard on how they will and when I will get my refund!!! Please stay away from this post office!!!!!

Lady at post office seems to b very nice the few times I’ve been there but the place needs a bigger drop box for after hours drop off .. and needs more employees because area is growing so fast.

I’ve never had anything but a good experience. It is 1 counter but I’ve never minded. Always friendly and helpful. If you’re in a hurry, go to Spring Hill! This is a small station and I love it.

They have lost my mail!! I requested them to hold while I move. I have taken time off to go in there twice Both times the guy took my name and phone number and address and promised to call me at the end of the day with an answer neither time did he call. I have zero faith this will be resolved

Since Saturday I have only received mail twice, and one of those was all for another address. The guy in charge was apologetic , however no mail again today. I am expecting some very important mail, and the senders said it went out Thursday and Friday of last week. I have received mail from these same people and it only took two days. I hate to ask places to re-issue checks and professional license.
