Didn’t see the worker, he has a heavy accent. We spoke through the drop slot just inside. Rather than getting someone to answer my question, he misinformed me. The North Attleboro branch used to be staffed with well helpful, courteous, workers who knew what they are doing, these days the staff is hanging out behind the wall, talking to each other, screwing around. On the rare occasion someone is at the desk they make you wait even though they don’t appear to be doing anything.
I love to visit our posts office... Always warm smile, genuine attitude, excellent customer service...Thank you!
This has been my Post Office for 15 years, and still is, even though I have moved 5 times during that period and now live 9 miles away from it, but travel to the area for other business almost every day. Having opened a PO Box since day one for important mail, and mailing important mail, I have had to interact with the personnel more than often. In my opinion, the staff are respectful, knowledgeable, informative, and very helpful. Yes, there are glitches, there are bad days for them which I recognize, but that shouldn't and doesn't take away anything from my 5 star rating.

I noticed someone said the lady behind the counter needs to crack a smile. Sometimes we have to initiate the smile ourselves. She may have lost a loved one or had a rough morning with someone else who didn't like to smile.
