Rude af when i just came by to see if my packages came to the facility after they didnt deliver my packages like 3 times

Courteous and helpful staff in all respects. Thank you for all your hard work. You are appreciated.

Explain how do you deliver a package, that you claimed you never received. And the arrogant smug shrimp behind the counter,stands telling me my information is wrong,then tells me maybe you need to stop ordering from that company. Maybe you need to find another company. Maybe you need to get a real job,its not your job to tell customers where or who to order from. From get go you acted like it was too much trouble to look for this package. The next day tracking showed your incompetent buts delivered it but it never arrived to me this is why I came to you.

I thought for some odd reason when you order a package to be mailed to your house. It actually gets delivered there. But nope. You have to go pick it up at the post office. And then you can never talk to anyone. The 1800 number is bull. Waited over an hour for them to tell me go to the post office. Um. . No. Deliver the package thats you're job. Don't want to do your job find something else.

This post office is incompetent as well as the postman in our area. To the mailman GET OUR ADDRESS RIGHT! We live on South Ocoee st....SOUTH OCOEE! And learn how to read MF.
