worst post office around. We try to pay extra when we can to keep stuff out of their hands but it's not always an option. Half the time when UPS is supposed to hand a pkg off to them they don't and they bring it to us The must know how bad the post office is. We get the wrong mail or no mail. at least 3 times a week stuff that is in their own email showing what is being delivered doesn't make it and often they say they can't deliver packages because it's blocked which it never is. Sometimes they say it's blocked after delivering a box..I guess because it's too much work to drop a second box
I have always had a good experience with this location. The grounds are well kept and the staff is very nice. The box prices are also very reasonable. I don't mind the extra few miles to do my business here.
I was at the Rochester Post Office yesterday, and realized how tough their jobs are. Long days on the feet, (always) impatient people,overloaded from holidays... I realized I had been guilty of being impatient often. I decided to regroup, give them a break and bring my phone in to answer emails if I have to wait. They have always been helpful, and they care about us! We use the USPO a lot and appreciate the convenience!
Absolutely unreliable. Wrong forms, when checked wrong information and generally inefficient. No wonder mail delivery services other than PO are getting a second look. Unbelievable!
Always a disagreeable experience when speaking with the Rochester post office. The customer is never right and no amends to make things right . Worst experience was when my mother passed and the carrier took the word of a unknown person who lived in my mothers building to stop delivering the mailnWhen I tried to pick up the mail even with her death certificate I couldn't get itnNo apology for taking the word of a strangernHad no rightnOther numerous issues with not delivering the mail etc.nmuch rather have my old POBox and have the wonderful staff at the Mattapoisett Post office especially Dennis.
