I ordered two swimsuits for the beach and a phone case. It said that it was delivered almost 3 days ago and still havent gotten it. When we addressed the situation, the mail ladies said that they lost my packages so they would look fo them. Its been another 3 days and still have herd nothing.The mail carriers are also terrable, not to forget rude, one day she threw our main on the road beside our mailboxes. I am very upset and would have liked to have my swimsuits for the beach, also since the packages all together were almost 70$.
I just had a general question about how backed up the mail is right now. I have a letter with item's in it that I bought and it's been a month and I never received it. Lady was extremely rude to me and wouldn't answer a single question. She refused any help whatsoever. All I was asking is if it might be lost since it's been a month and if so if there anything I could do about finding it. Quite frankly she did not care to talk to me or try to do her job. Wish I could rate 0 stars. Bad customer service.
I have had two packages delivered and I have not received them, went and gave my information and the manager has not called as she said she would, theses packages were worth over 75.00 and it seems like I could get a answer to the whereabouts are my packages. I despise someone telling lies if you are not going to look into my request then say so, management is the problem, my mail is all over the neighborhood
2 days in a row I was told my packages was attempted delivery that there is no access to location.. I'm right beside the main road and didn't even come by the 2 times it's complete lies come tomorrow Im goin in person
I wish I could give them 0 stars. I have been there in person and on the phone and the employees and rude and lie. I have been waiting for a package to be delivered and have asked if I can pick it up in person and have been told repeatedly that they do not do ( hold for pickup) and they are supposed to do. Also I tried to sign up for informed delivery online and have been waiting for them to send my the verification code for weeks. Our mail lady is never on time. Or the same time two days in a row. We usually don't get our mail untill 5pm-6pm. Our mail lady also drives like a maniac!!!
