I don't use the post office very often and I've been reminded why with my last visit. An employee at the Beaufort NC Post Office not only snapped at me in reply to my question but actually shouted a rude comment at me across the room in front of staff and people. Both the supervisor and the post master seemed utterly disinterested when I brought this to their attention. I will not be using the Beaufort Post Office in the future for any reason as I believe that people should always be treated with at least common courtesy.
We just needed to apply the label to our box and was charged for 2 small pieces of tape. Disappointing service.

Best Post Office ever! Staff is friendly and the wait times are short. The Postmaster is quick to help resolve any issues.
My family and I just moved into a new home as of yesterday. I was informed today while on my lunch break that we would not be receiving mail to our mailbox due to the fact that it is attached to our home and not at the road. While everyone else's mailbox is attached to their home. I was then informed that since we are NEW to the neighborhood that we would have to put a mailbox at the road. I called to request that we still get mail delivered and allow us 10 days to put a mailbox at the end of our driveway, being we just MOVED and we need to unpack, mow grass, work a full-time job and get our mail in order to pay our bills. However, Kimberly Lawrence as well as postmaster, Chad, refused to help in anyway. If I could give this service 0 stars I would. So now I have to make an extra trip daily at some point in my busy day all the way to the post office to get our mail.
