I have lived in this area for 3 years and I have never had so many problems with a post office. They have no respect for mail. Our packages are delivered to the wrong house and they say all they can do is let the residents know about the mistake. So if those people don’t return the items it’s out of their hands. Their mistake but no responsibility for the money we lose out on. I have portraits drawn and and the package says pleases don’t bend. Guess how they arrive. Tire marks and bent in every direction. It’s like they don’t like someone to request that they handle with care. So it’s intentional. My mail man will say the mail box is blocked when I don’t block it. If he can’t pull directly up he’s upset. I can’t control if neighbors park in front of my house. His hours very within a 6 hr day. So I can’t stare and watch that nobody parks there. I used to give drinks and snacks to my mailman in West Valley. All I want to do is Scream at these ones.

Don’t get a PO Box here unless you want to get ripped off. I only got a PO Box so people couldn’t steal my packages from my porch. I only go to the PO Box when I know there is something waiting for me. They send the renewal letter to the PO Box instead of to your normal mailing address (Or both which would be smarter). So, if you don’t check it frequently (like me) and they send you a renewal, you miss it, and get charged a $22 late fee. Especially ridiculous during a pandemic when people try to avoid public places and money is tight!

Very bade people work this place . Always angry If asked the help . Management very bade .

Poor service unprofessional. I was expecting a package Monday May 11th 2020 and a day later a lady 2 blocks down from my address brought 1 of the item over, missing 2 items. Definitely it was delivered to the wrong mailbox. So i call post office in Kearns trying to explain the situation and things were even worse Steve is the guy's name that i talk to. Didn't like how he talks. Never apologize until i told him not to raise his voice. No star for this kind a service. 1 star is too good.

Refusing to deliver my mail. Haven't received it for a week.
