I've been contacting this post office for over a week now trying to place a hold, change of address, pick up my mail and not one person has helped me. Ive called which the woman hung up on me and even went to their location which I live hour away. they are rude and act like they dont like their jobs or maybe it's because I'm white
This place is awful if our regular carrier is not working then we don’t get mail. There are many elderly people who live by me and as neighbors we talk to each and check on each other, if we haven’t received any mail we will check with each other .
The worse I've ever experienced haven't received mail since 02/12/2021 and today is 02/18/21 but when I called the (local office) today they wanna over talk you and do everything to protect their incompetent worker and had the audacity to say to me that Imformed Delivery is not accurate when in fact I know it is cause it haven't failed me not once since having it, so where's my mail

If i could give this place zero stars I would. One of the postal workers that delivers to my area blatantly lies about dogs being out as to why he cant deliver mail. I witnessed him to it today 5/11/20. There was no dog out on the block because I was leaving my house while he was driving by. Filing a complaint with this postal station tomorrow. Place needs to be shut down, numerous bad experiences with them
