I think it is very important to have a post office in our community. The Ferguson Post Office is in our community, but very inefficient; mail doesn’t get delivered in a timely manner; the Postmaster is never available to assist via telephone and the clerks are mean and rude, especially to people who ask additional questions. I go out of my way to use UPS or the post office close to my employer. Such a shame as many residents only have the option to use the Ferguson Post Office and do so despite being treated poorly. Today is Thursday, Monday was a Holiday and we haven’t had mail all week! I’m sure the workers are being paid. If it’s not the weather, then it’s COVID-always an excuse. The Postal Service doesn’t need to increase stamp prices, it needs to increase efficiency.nOur mail delivery person is always very friendly and will walk packages to the front door that are too big to fit in the mailbox, so that’s a plus.
I go out of my way to come to this location. Everyone is super friendly, and seem like they are actually happy tobsee you no matter what time you come in. I imagine that is not easy with this job.
Will lie and say they attempted to deliver a package when no such attempt was made.
Yet again I have packages out for delivery and these winners say nah, no mail for you today. The absolutely worst service available. If the Ferguson Post office was a private company it would have been shut down/ sued years ago. I cannot count the times we just don't get mail when it's supposed to be delivered. Most junk mail delivered here isn't even in my name. The postmaster needs a different name. The post don't carer.
Our mail carrier is great! She is professional, courteous, and friendly. The few times I have had an issue with my mail, the office personnel were professional and resolved the issue over the phone. When I have personally gone to the post office, the ladies there are friendly and courteous.
