Took some heavier packages to ship with the it fits you ship packaging. The woman (heavy set with red hair) at the counter told me the packaging was unacceptable, even though I’ve shipped dozens of packages this way. She advised they would rip and contents would fall out, again I’ve shipped tons of packages just like this with no issues. She began to argue with me and say these are dangerous. The weight limit for the flat rate is 70lbs, I was at 20lbs. Well isn’t it funny that my packages are now having issues being delivered. I had my first customer complaint ever because the package was open upon delivery. What a coincidence. Won’t use this branch ever again.

Over the last 15 years, I've had multiple issues with this postal location (for example, me watching the mail truck drive past my office and not stopping to deliver the mail only for me to flag the lady down to retrieve it), but let's stick with the most recent issue. On January 29th, we submitted forwarding paperwork to send all company mail to a PO Box. This forwarding affects approximately 125 invoice payments going to the previous address. To date, on March 9th, I've received less than 20 pieces of forwarded mail and have clients asking why we are sending them overdue notices when they have made payments. I did call this location back in early February to confirm the forwarding and addressed the issue with the site that holds the PO box. We saw a one-day spike in mail delivery to the PO Box after the phone call - then days without forwarded mail. I am less than confident that the Woodstone location cares about the impact and burden this lack of commitment to service has on my business and clients. In no way do I believe they are, or did, handling my mail with professionalism, accuracy, or care. NOTE: I did make three attempts to call this location today before writing this review, but they will not answer the phone.

Tried to send a package to my long distance boyfriend for Christmas. The condescension I experienced at this location was astounding. Do not go here. They spoke to me like I was a child. The experience made me never want to attempt to send a package again. Be nicer to people please, I know it’s hard to do your job, and some customers can be difficult; but please try to be more understanding towards people who ask you questions, we do not know how to do your job as you do.

My mail and packages arrive on time and sometimes earlier than expected. I went to this post office to drop off a package and was helped by a knowledgeable and professional clerk. I’m grateful for the men and women who keep this service running smoothly!

Nelly was VERY rude. Instead of being helpful and helping, Nelly was rude and condescending. This person does not need to work with the public.
