Multiple packages 10+ days overdue. The tracking website is near useless, and it's as if USPS isn't scanning packages.nThe one package I can actually see tracking information on (a 2-day priority shipment) has been to 5 different cities in 3 states and is 9 days late. It was shipped from a city 4 hours from where I live.nTo make matters worse, the automated phone system gives you zero information, waiting to talk to a real person results in being disconnected, and the email contact form requires every shred of information possible about the package, including info only the original shipper would have, so it's impossible to fill out.nI own a small business, and not only will I never order anything that ships USPS again, I will never put my clients through the hassle of trying to ship through USPS either.
The worse place I’ve ever had to deal with before. The fact that there are so many reviews stating how bad their service is and yet they have not changed. Everytime I call this place it’s the busy signal. Aka they take it off the hook. I’ve called several times throughout multiple days to even get an answer. Terrible terrible service.
Always helpful. I accidentally dropped a UPS return off there, and someone very nice got it to UPS. Thank you!!! Beyond awesome ud83dude01
