Nothing worse when people who work at a place hate their job, and have poor customer service. If you don’t like your job or what you get paid, leave, please. Find a way onto something more positive for your life.

Horrible Services, always not professional, lost many packages, better pay more and get good service..must improve to gain the trust once again

Mail carrier is incompetent. They continuously deliver other people's mail to my address, sometimes the address doesn't even have the same street name. It makes me believe that someone else may also be getting my mail as well. My carrier has lied about packages delivered just because they didn't want to come back out to deliver a package that came in while they were out delivering mail that I was tracking, stating no safe place to leave package, left slip on door will deliver next day... No slip was left and the next day they leave the package on the front step which they could have done the previous day IF they had really came out to deliver my package in the first place... I wish I could have a new carrier because I've been dealing with this for too many years... TERRIBLE!!!!!
