The gentleman behind the counter is very nice and fast. I think this place needs more people though. I feel bad for the guy working there all by himself with people lined up all the way to the entrance every time I go there.
This location is supposed to stay open until 6pm M-F but it closes early. Totally unprofessional and inconsiderate. Would prefer later hours in general, especially on weekends.
01/16/2021 the worker Fredrick was so helpful and showed outstanding customer service. He gives great value to usps.
I visited this post office at 4pm but nobody was there at counter though closing time is 5pm. There are lot of complaints about this post office. Need to raise it in the proper forum so that action is taken.
The postal workers are always pleasant when I’m able to make it during normal operating hours. Unfortunately, the large drop off bin has been broken for some time now which makes it impossible to drop off larger prepaid packages after hours.
